Gage Goldberg: “WWE Is My Backup Plan 100%”

While Goldberg is preparing for the end of his career, his son Gage is already viewing a potential WWE run as his “backup plan.” In an interview with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda Wrestling, Gage Goldberg, who is currently a linebacker for the University of Colorado, made it clear that while football is his focus, a future in wrestling is on his mind.

“It’s there. It’s a backup plan for sure,” Gage said. “Football’s a priority 100%, but it’s a backup plan. Football is my main plan, WWE is my backup plan 100%.”

His father, meanwhile, is focused solely on his last ride as he challenges GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Title.
