Independent wrestler appeared for WWE and AEW on the same night

Manny Lemons made history on Monday night as he appeared on both AEW and WWE programming.

The Local Competitor Twitter account pointed out that on this week’s Raw, Lemons made an appearance as one of the security guards who were in charge of escorting The Bloodline out of the ring.

The wrestler was also featured on Monday’s AEW Dark: Elevation by teaming with Atiba in a losing effort against Isiah Kassidy and Matt Hardy. The match was taped last week before Dynamite.

Lemons is the sixth wrestler to appear for WWE and AEW on the same night. Kelsey Heather was the first performer to appear for both companies in July 2021 on Raw and Dark: Elevation.

Cameron Stewart became the first star to wrestle for both promotions on the September 21, 2021 editions of WWE NXT and AEW Dark.

Kayla Sparks appeared on SmackDown and wrestled on Rampage on February 25, 2022, while in April 2022, Ashley D’Ambrose showed up on Raw and Dark: Elevation. The most recent instance of a wrestler doing double duty saw Katie Arquette wrestle on both Raw and Dark: Elevation in August 2022.
