Injured WWE Star Expected To Make In-Ring Return Soon

WWE Superstar Kiana James is reportedly nearing her return to in-ring competition after being sidelined with an injury for nearly eleven months.

The injury occurred back in June 2024, sidelining James just one month after she was drafted to WWE’s main roster from NXT, halting her initial momentum. Her last televised match took place on June 17, 2024, where she participated in a triple threat match against current Women’s World Champion Iyo Sky and Zelina Vega.

During the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio on SportsKeeda’s Backstage Pass Patreon, it was noted that James is getting closer to an in-ring return.

“According to sources, we are told Kianna James should be on her way back soon as she’s on the verge, if not already, of being medically cleared to compete. James, who was drafted last year to Monday Night Raw, wrestled just two matches prior to sustaining a leg injury. She defeated Natalia in a singles match and then lost a three-way Money in the Bank qualifier.”
