It looks like the “Greatest Royal Rumble” mega show in Saudi Arabia will be televised. At least that is what Roman Reigns hinted at on Friday.
Reigns was interviewed on “The Jim and Sam Show” on SiriusXM and he said that he believes that it will air on the WWE Network. Reigns said, “Hopefully I’m not giving spoilers here.” He continued, “But I believe it’s going to be a huge Network special.”
The show will be loaded with top names including Reigns, John Cena, Chris Jericho, The New Day, AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Triple H and others. The Undertaker is also expected to appear on the show but it’s not clear if he will be in the Rumble match or if he will be doing something else on the show. The reason why WWE is hyping this show up so much and giving away such a big match is that they have a very lucrative 10-year television deal there and they are being paid a lot of money for a stadium show.
Saudia Arabia is 7 hours ahead of the east coast of the United States so if WWE plans to air the show live then it would likely air sometime in the early afternoon in the U.S. (8 pm in Saudi Arabia).
