There is some very interesting news coming from backstage just hours before WWE Monday Night Raw.
PWInsider is reporting that Lilian Garcia is backstage at the show. No other details were provided but given the fact that Samantha Irvin announced her exit from the company, one has to assume that Lilian will be doing some ring announcing tonight. If that happens, it’s not clear if this will be a one-off or if she is back permanently.
Garcia was at Raw back in May and she was introduced to the crowd by Irvin and she was shown in the crowd at the Bad Blood PLE last weekend in Atlanta. Garcia worked for WWE for several years starting in 1999 and she, along with Irvin, is considered to be one of the greatest ring announcers of all time.
