Liv Morgan has spoken glowingly about Roxanne Perez’s development within the Judgment Day, describing a mentorship relationship that she believes will pay dividends for WWE’s future. Speaking with Fox News, Morgan laid out her vision for what Perez can become with the right guidance around her.
“I think Roxanne is so incredibly talented. She’s so young and is so aware in the ring. She really knows what she’s doing. For us, the Judgment Day, to take our little Roxy under our wing and set her up as the next great for the next generation,” Morgan said.
She also addressed the specific nature of her role in Perez’s development, making clear that she is taking a hands-on approach.
“She’s definitely under my tutelage. I’m teaching her a lot. I’m teaching her everything that I know. I’m teaching her a lot. The future of WWE is more than safe in my little Roxy’s hands,” Morgan said.
Perez returned to WWE action in March, initially assisting Morgan in her feud with Stephanie Vaquer before becoming a more prominent part of Judgment Day’s on-screen activities. Most recently, Perez interfered in Finn Balor and JD McDonagh’s match on the Monday’s episode of Raw, striking Balor with a hammer to reinforce her allegiance to the faction.
