More things have been announced by WWE for Monday’s episode of Raw.
On Friday, WWE confirmed that a tag team match is booked for this show as Rusev and Humberto Carrillo will team together to take on Bobby Lashley and Angel Garza.
Also set for the show is a “sermon” from Seth Rollins. This is part of the ongoing storyline with Rollins calling himself the Monday Night Messiah.
The tag team match comes after months of a feud between Rusev and Lashley. They last worked together back on January 20th when Lashley pinned Rusev in a mixed tag team match that also featured Lana and Liv Morgan.
Also, for the third straight week, Garza will be used on the show despite him not being a full-time star on the red brand.
He aligned himself with United States Champion Andrade’s manager Zelina vega where he attacked Carrillo in his debut and then took out Rey Mysterio by hitting a DDT on exposed concrete outside of the ring.
