Mike Santana Teases His Next Move With ‘Undesirable To Undeniable’ Video

Mike Santana has hit his free agency date, and he marked it with a video that points squarely at New York City, as F4W/WON reported.

The former TNA World Champion posted a montage on social media running through highlights of his career, including meet and greets with fans and milestone moments, set against New York City landmarks and streets. It closes with Santana walking into an empty arena.

“Undesirable to undeniable. Undesirable to undeniable. The marathon continues like Nipsey [Hussle] said. The marathon continues,” Santana says in the video, using the motto that has followed him throughout his run.

Santana wrestled his last TNA match at Slammiversary on June 28, dropping the TNA World Title to Nic Nemeth in the main event. He was left off the television tapings that followed, and reports had his contract expiring in mid-July. He then posted an image with the date 7/15 on it, pointing to today as the day he becomes a free agent.

WWE has been the heavily rumored destination, though nothing has been confirmed by either side. Santana already has history there, having worked NXT dates through the TNA and WWE partnership, most notably feuding with Trick Williams over the TNA World Title, which he won from Williams at Bound for Glory 2025. WrestleVotes reported that WWE was hoping to have him on the main roster before the end of 2026.

The New York framing of the video is hard to miss for a New York native, and the timing lines up with WWE running Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 18 at Madison Square Garden.

Santana is a two-time TNA World Champion and a four-time TNA Tag Team Champion with Ortiz. He also spent about five years in AEW, where he arrived with Ortiz shortly after the promotion launched.
