The Miz: WWE Should ‘Strap The Rocket’ To Oba Femi After WrestleMania 42 Win Over Brock Lesnar

The Miz believes WWE should act quickly on what Oba Femi showed at WrestleMania 42.

Speaking on SportsCenter’s WrestleMania 42 post-show, Miz was asked about Femi’s victory over Brock Lesnar and did not hold back in calling for WWE to capitalize on the moment immediately. He also drew on personal experience to back up his assessment.

“I’ve been in the ring with Oba Femi, and I can tell you from experience, that man has power, has the entire audience behind him. It’s very rare. It just goes to show our performance center what it does to bring in our superstars here today. He’s on the big stage, and you hear the entire fans just celebrating Oba Femi, and the fact to retire Brock Lesnar, strap the rocket to him, and let’s fire Danhausen,” Miz said.

Femi’s WrestleMania 42 victory over Lesnar represented the biggest win of his young main roster career and immediately set him up as one of the most talked-about performers coming out of the weekend. He followed the win by calling out new World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns at the post-show, with Reigns responding by telling Femi to prove himself over the summer before stepping to him.
