The hosts of NBC’s “Today” Show (Al Roker and Tamron Hall), responded to AJ Styles comments from this week’s episode of Smackdown Live. The response was after Styles ripped Cena’s appearance on the show. When Cena was on the show, the hosts referred to Styles as “this guy from Atlanta” and Styles took issue with that.
There was no apology and after they played the Smackdown Live clip, the hosts made fun of Styles’ hair. This is great added publicity for WWE ahead of this Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Check out the clip below:
