Everybody’s been talking about Rey Mysterio recently as his name seems to pop up all over the rumor mill.
PW Insider reports that while Mysterio wasn’t really backstage at a recent SmackDown Live television taping there are plans to meet with Triple H sometime soon to talk about a deal that works for everybody.
Mysterio has a lot going on and his obligations are all over the place so he wants a part-time contract which is understandable. Now there is even more fuel to the fire of speculation because it looks like Mysterio won’t be appearing at one show which just so happens to be two days before WrestleMania.
The Crash Luchas previously advertised Mysterio for their event on April 6th at WrestleCon but he is apparently no longer part of the show. Mysterio is still scheduled to appear at The Crash Luchas’ March 17th event and of course, he’ll be in Long Beach to take on Jushin “Thunder” Liger for New Japan Pro Wrestling at Strong Style Evolved on March 25th.
But it looks like you never know what Mr. 6-1-9 could be up to on WrestleMania weekend at this point because it looks like his schedule might have cleared up a little bit.
