Rhea Ripley Extends Her WWE WrestleMania Streak

Rhea Ripley is scheduled to compete in a triple threat match for the Women’s World Championship against current champion IYO SKY and Bianca Belair at WWE WrestleMania 41.

This match follows Ripley’s loss of the title to SKY on a March episode of Raw. Ripley was added to the existing match between Belair and SKY on Raw last week. As a result, Ripley will extend her WrestleMania streak, which involves participating in a championship match at every WrestleMania she has competed in.

This streak began at WrestleMania 36 in 2020, when she lost the NXT Women’s Championship to Charlotte Flair. It continued through WrestleMania 37 in 2021 and 38 in 2022, when she was unsuccessful in Women’s Tag Team Championship Fatal Four Way matches.

Ripley’s WrestleMania journey saw a turning point at WrestleMania 39 in 2023, when she defeated Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. She then successfully retained the Women’s World Championship against Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 40 in 2024.
