Roman Reigns is not taking it on the chin anymore when it comes to online trolls.
A fan complained on Twitter about WWE shoving Reigns down the fan’s throats. The fan also called Reigns an “overrated performer” and said the Universal Title doesn’t have prestige anymore because it has changed hands so much.
Reigns saw the message and decided to fire back: “Only reason I’m down your throat, is because you keep your mouth open. I’m the best performer of this generation period and the title is finally in the right hands for it to hold true value.”
As noted here on WrestlingNews.co, Reigns is being given free rein to be himself because the feeling is that he needs to be edgier with the idea being that fans will like the heel Reigns and will eventually cheer him. Well, it looks like the new attitude is carrying over to social media.
