Seth Rollins is slated to make his SmackDown return tonight.
The former WWE Champion had been on hiatus after working the Survivor Series pay-per-view event back in November as he and Becky Lynch were expecting their first child to be born in December.
WWE previously advertised Rollins’ return on the December 31st edition of SmackDown, but on the day of the show, they pulled the advertisement.
Rollins made his in-ring by competing in the Men’s Royal Rumble Match. However, he didn’t appear on the post-Royal Rumble edition of SmackDown last week. He took to Twitter this morning to share this cryptic message to further hype his appearance:
“Why I’ve gone. Why I’m coming back. What is next. TONIGHT. #Smackdown.”
Why I’ve gone.
Why I’m coming back.
What is next. TONIGHT. #Smackdown— Seth Rollins (@WWERollins) February 12, 2021
Aside from Rollins’ return, no matches or segments have been announced for tonight’s SmackDown from St. Petersburg, Florida at Tropicana Field.
