Is Steve Austin Scheduled To Be At WWE WrestleMania 42?

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin is set to be at WrestleMania 42 this weekend. According to Bodyslam, Austin is currently scheduled to be backstage at the show at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. It is currently unknown whether he will simply attend as a guest or if WWE has plans for him to make a surprise on-screen appearance at the event.

Austin has meet and greet appearances scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday at WWE World in Las Vegas, confirming he will be in the city for the entirety of WrestleMania weekend. His schedule with WWE has not aligned for an appearance in some time, making his presence at WrestleMania 42 notable in itself regardless of whether anything materializes on camera.

Austin last competed in a wrestling match at WrestleMania 38 in 2022, when he came out of retirement for an unsanctioned match against Kevin Owens. He retired from the ring following that bout.

WrestleMania 42 takes place Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, streaming live on the ESPN app in the United States and on Netflix internationally. Both nights begin at 6 p.m. Eastern.
