Apparently there have been rumors going around about a potential Undertaker vs. Kevin Owens match at WrestleMania in Dallas. That rumor was shot down by WWE because Vince McMahon already has his mind set on The Undertaker’s match for WrestleMania. As noted before, McMahon does not like the idea of a Sting vs. Undertaker match so that is not happening, unless Vince changes his mind later on.
It’s interesting to note that Paul Heyman has been bringing up The Undertaker’s name in recent weeks and he certainly went out of his way to reference “Undertaker’s baby brother” in the angle on Monday with Kane and Seth Rollins at the start of Raw.
Lesnar will probably get cheered in a match with anyone except The Undertaker and Taker getting a win over Lesnar in his final match is logical. There were rumors going around on Wednesday about The Undertaker possibly appearing at this Sunday’s Battleground pay-per-view. I don’t know if that will happen but it is interesting to note that WWE made a commercial for SummerSlam that includes The Undertaker.
