Three WWE legends have named the opponents that could lure them back for one more match, and the answers cover three very different eras of the women’s division.
Speaking in a new video posted by SiriusXM Sports’ Pro Wrestling Nation 24/7, Trish Stratus, Lita, and Kaitlyn were each asked to name the current or recent WWE talent they would return to face in a dream match.
Stratus went first, pointing to a rising star whose performance at a recent major event left a lasting impression.
“When I went to John Cena’s final match, I got to see Sol Ruca up close and personal, and I was blown away,” Stratus said.
Lita did not hesitate with her answer, naming one of the most decorated women’s performers of the modern era.
“Okay, if I just get one, I’m going to IYO SKY,” Lita said.
Kaitlyn rounded out the trio by calling out a familiar face whose recent return has generated significant buzz, and made clear there is personal history behind the choice.
“AJ has come back. My social media has never been so blown up over a comeback, and I feel like we have unfinished business,” Kaitlyn said.
