It was announced on WWE Backstage that Killer Kross has signed with the company.
Ryan Satin says the deal came together in recent weeks after several promotions showed interest in him. Kross had previously denied signing with WWE and he said that he had not spoken with WWE. This is not unusual since wrestlers are told to stay quiet about signing until the company can get the news out. The news on Kross signing with WWE became pretty clear last week when word got out that he was no longer taking independent dates.
Kross was one of the top names in Impact Wrestling and there has been interest in him from WWE before as he’s had at least one tryout at the Performance Center and he was brought into Raw a few years ago as an unnamed wrestler for a one-off appearance.
It was also confirmed that Timothy Thatcher has signed. News of his signing broke on Tuesday afternoon.
