Two more names released by WWE

As of this writing, there are three names that we know of that have been released in the last 24 hours by WWE as part of company cutbacks.

As noted earlier, Gerald Brisco was released after working for the company for decades. Brisco announced the news on his Twitter account this morning.

PWInsider reported that Mike Rotunda (known to some fans as former WWE star Irwin R. Shyster) was also released as part of company cutbacks. He is the father of Bo Dallas and Bray Wyatt and has been working behind-the-scenes as an Agent/Producer for 14 years.

Rotunda’s release is not a complete surprise because he was furloughed back in April but there was a hope that he and others would be brought back.

Another name released today is Sarah Stock, per PWInsider. Stock, 41, was working as a Producer on the main roster after initially being signed to work at the Performance Center in 2015.

Stock previously worked as Dark Angel in CMLL and AAA and Impact Wrestling fans might remember her from her days when she wrestled as Sarita.

There may be more releases that have not gotten out yet but they would likely be among people who work behind-the-scenes. There have been no announcements about talents being let go.
