After decades of spending all of his time working and in the gym, it’s rare to see Vince McMahon at WWE Headquarters following Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel taking a different approach with WWE, unlike he did with Dana White as UFC President by keeping him in charge.
His status
McMahon is currently not involved creatively as Emanuel decided to have Triple H stay in charge of creative without influence from McMahon making last-minute changes.
As previously reported, McMahon has no plans to stop working for the company and McMahon still has great power in the company after selling a ton of stock recently.
He showed up
Pwinsider reports that although McMahon has not been seen much at WWE Headquarters of late, he did appear at the company’s annual holiday party. This is something he didn’t do in the past. The party was held at the new HQ for the first time this past Wednesday evening.
McMahon made the rounds talking with many employees and was described as “approachable” and “friendly.” The party was exclusively for employees.
No WWE stars were in attendance, a change from past years as there would usually be 4-6 stars to talk with employees.
