CM Punk has added to his tattoo collection with a new piece honoring his beloved rescue dog Larry, done by Maverink Studio.
Maverickink Studio shared the tattoo on Instagram, giving fans a look at the fresh ink. Larry is far more than just a pet to Punk. The former World Heavyweight Champion adopted the dog from PAWS Chicago in February 2015 and has regularly featured him on television and social media throughout his career, making Larry one of the more recognizable animals in professional wrestling.
Larry even became part of the action during Punk’s feud with Drew McIntyre in 2024, with McIntyre notably targeting the bond between Punk and his dog as part of the rivalry.
The new Larry tattoo is not Punk’s first piece of ink dedicated to a pet. He previously received a pawprint tattoo on his left forearm in memory of his dog Callee, and after Larry passed, he got a pawprint tattoo on his chest.
Punk most recently competed in the World Heavyweight Championship main event of WrestleMania 42 night two against Roman Reigns, dropping the title to Reigns in a match that ran over 30 minutes.
