WWE and NJPW interested in top Impact Wrestling star

It looks like there’s another top star from Impact Wrestling that is drawing interest from top wrestling promotions.

In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was reported that both New Japan Pro Wrestling and WWE have interest in Killer Kross.

Kross has been invited to WWE tryouts in the past and he made an appearance on an episode of Monday Night Raw in 2015 as Darren Young’s tag team partner. He comes across as a star because of his size and look and he’s good in the ring and on the microphone. Kross was also one of the featured stars when Global Force Wrestling taped shows in Las Vegas in 2015 for their AMPED TV pilot.

In other Impact Wrestling news, the company announced that they have sold out the Melrose Ballroom in Long Island, NY for October’s Bound For Glory. MLW previously ran that venue with about 900 fans so that is the approximate number of tickets Impact sold for BFG.
