Lebron James signing a $154 million deal to play for the Los Angeles Lakers will go down as one of the biggest sports stories of the year. Lakers fans are obviously happy about this but many Cleveland Cavaliers fans are clearly devastated at this news.
Perhaps one of the biggest Cavs fans is WWE Superstar The Miz. Many of you know that The Miz is a huge fan and he attends many games whenever his schedule permits.
On his Instagram account, he reacted to the news and it doesn’t look like he is taking it well. Miz said, “@kingjames TO THE @lakers….. Don’t call. Don’t text. I need a minute.”
Although the news was not completely unexpected since the Lakers were the frontrunners to get James, this news must really feel like a punch to the gut for Cavs fans. Hey, at least James brought a championship to the city during his last run in Cleveland.
