WWE Bad Blood Is Nearly Sold Out

WWE is bringing back the Bad Blood gimmick for an upcoming PLE in October at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, GA, and the company’s trend of drawing big crowds continues.

WWE is reintroducing this theme to celebrate the anniversary of the very first Hell in a Cell match, which took place on October 5, 1997. The match featured The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels and also marked the debut of Kane.

WWE revived it in 2003 for a Hell in a Cell match between Triple H and Kevin Nash, with Mick Foley as the special guest referee for the World Heavyweight Championship main event. The last time it was used was the following year, when Triple H faced Shawn Michaels in another Hell in a Cell match as the main event.

WrestleTix noted that the show has sold 13,221 tickets, and as of a few days ago, there were 594 left. The last time they were at the venue, they drew 12,009 fans for a January SmackDown.

WWE returns with its next PLE next Saturday with the Bash in Berlin show, which is expected to be headlined by WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER vs. Randy Orton.
