If you looked closely during the Roman Reigns first video recap that aired during the first hour of Raw of the forklift accident from last week, WWE dropped a big clue as to who is behind the attacks.
In one of the camera angles, Erick Rowan could be seen briefly with a black hoodie walking away as people tried to help Reigns.
Of course, Rowan’s presence would likely mean that Daniel Bryan is not too far behind and that is in line with what Dave Meltzer reported last week in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Bryan is expected to be revealed as the attacker to set up a match for SummerSlam.
Tomorrow’s SmackDown Live is the go-home show for SummerSlam so I would assume that the attacker’s identity will be revealed very soon.
