WWE has released two writers from their creative team

There are some changed going on behind-the-scenes at WWE but these latest changes were not decisions made by Paul Heyman or Eric Bischoff.

Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that two writers were recently let go.

SmackDown Live co-lead writer Steve Guerreri and Raw in-office lead writer Steve Oppenheim left the company last week. No word on the reason for their exits from the company.

For those of you wondering about Bischoff, he will sit in on his first WWE production meeting tomorrow night and Paul Heyman has been working as the Executive Director for a few weeks although he’s had an influence on some segments for quite some time before he was given an official title.

All ideas presented by Heyman and Bischoff will still go through Vince McMahon’s filter.
