PWInsiderElite reports that WWE NXT is significantly interested in TNA star Mike Santana following his recent guest appearances.
Santana received “high marks” internally after his initial appearances, and that interest has reportedly grown following his recent match against Trick Williams. NXT officials were said to be discussing Santana again after the well-received bout.
However, any potential move is complicated by his contract status. Santana is currently under contract with TNA through the end of 2025, meaning he would not be free to sign with WWE until the beginning of 2026.
This growing interest from WWE comes as Santana recently bid farewell to House of Glory, which has been his primary independent promotion outside of TNA in recent years.
