WWE Is Off To A Strong Start With Backlash Ticket Sales

WWE has announced that their Backlash event will take place at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, Missouri, on Saturday, May 10th. St. Louis has a long history with WWE, having hosted many WWE events over the years, including Royal Rumble, Money In The Bank, and Survivor Series.

This announcement comes after the previous Backlash event in 2024, held in Lyon, France, broke records for ticket sales and became the highest-grossing arena show in WWE history. That event was a complete sell-out. WWE is hoping to replicate that success in St. Louis.

The St. Louis show will feature Randy Orton, who is from the city, and John Cena, who will be making his first Backlash appearance since 2009. Cena is on a year-long farewell tour, giving fans one last chance to see him perform. Tickets for the event went on sale on March 21st.

With over 40 days until the show, 11,264 tickets have been distributed out of a current setup of 15,045, leaving 3,781 tickets available. This represents an increase of 1,967 tickets distributed in the last seven days. According to WrestleTix, compared to the 10/7/2024 Raw event, which drew 8,296, the total number of seats on the map is 17,373.
