As a result of WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns being drafted to SmackDown, RAW will be crowning a new world heavyweight champion which is exclusive to RAW. Brock Lesnar is not eligible to be drafted tonight as earlier today he renegotiated his contract as a free agent and can appear on any brand at any time. Select NXT stars can be drafted to RAW or SmackDown. The rosters go into effect March 8, right after Backlash. RAW drafted Rhea Ripley. SmackDown drafted Austin Theory. RAW drafted Seth Rollins. SmackDown drafted Charlotte Flair.
In the ring, Paul Heyman said The Usos did not win back their tag team titles this past Friday and he will address The Usos in the back tonight. The Usos will address their problems this Saturday at Backlash when they team with Solo against Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Matt Riddle. This Friday on SmackDown, Roman Reigns will take care of all business items and one of those items is the new World Heavyweight Championship but can’t compete for that title because he won’t be here on Monday Night RAW anymore. Seth Rollins came to the ring. He said Reigns being drafted to SmackDown means Reigns doesn’t have to run from him anymore and Heyman doesn’t have to waste all that energy pulling string backstage to make sure he never gets a title match again. Rollins said he is going to win the World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions and the people will see what a real champion is supposed to look like. Reigns pulled out his phone to call Reigns. Heyman said Rollins is pissing off Reigns. Reigns threatened to stomp Heyman’s head into the mat. Solo came to the ring. Heyman Reigns told him all strings are being pulled at this moment and by the time we get back from commercial break, Rollins vs Solo will be confirmed. Rollins said they don’t have to wait. He’s on.
Earlier today, Adam Pearce asked Cody Rhodes not for this night to spill into chaos.
Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan vs (Damage CTRL) Bayley & Dakota Kai
Rodriguez gave Kai three clotheslines. She went to charge at Kai in the corner, but Bayley threw Kai out of the way and took the splash for her. Rodriguez gave a Senton to Kai. Rodriguez tagged Morgan who got on Rodriguez’ shoulder to drop her on Kai, but Bayley grabbed Rodriguez’ leg and Morgan landed on Kai’s knees. Morgan hit the Oblivion on Kai, but Kai had made the tag to Bayley who gave Morgan a sunset flip to pin her.

Earlier today, Adam Pearce asked Brock Lesnar to keep the peace. Lesnar told him good luck with that.
Booker T and Sharmell came out to announce the next picks in the draft. Booker T announced RAW drafted Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn. Sharmell announced SmackDown drafted The Usos. RAW drafted Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio. SmackDown drafted Rey Mysterio, Zelina Vega, Santos Escobar, Cruz Del Toro, Joaquin Wilde.
Braun Strowman & Ricochet vs The Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis)
Otis gave Strowman a splash in the corner, but Strowman came back and splashed him. Strowman gave Otis a crossbody and slammed him. He tagged Ricochet who got on Strowman’s shoulder and came down on Otis with a Swanton Bomb for the pin.

Shawn Michaels and Adam Pearce came out to present the next draft selections. Brock Lesnar came out to make his way to the ring. Pearce tried to talk to him, but Lesnar gave him the look and Pearce backed off. Pearce then came out with a lot of security guards and asked him to leave. Cody Rhodes came from behind and hit Lesnar. The security guards held Cody back in the ring while security held Lesnar back outside the ring.
Shawn Michaels announced RAW drafted Raquel Rodriguez & Liv Morgan. SmackDown drafted Asuka. RAW drafted Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston. SmackDown drafted Sheamus, Ridge Holland, & Butch.
Backstage, Matt Riddle told Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn that with all of them getting drafted to RAW, they can all hang out together. Owens did not like the idea.
Jimmy Uso (w/ Jey Uso) vs Matt Riddle (w/ Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn)
Owens and Jey argued outside the ring. Zayn picked up a chair and Owens went down and then Zayn hit the floor to make it sound like the chair hit Owens. Zayn then threw the chair to Jey. The referee turned around and thought Jey hit Owens with the chair and he threw Jey out. Jimmy took the turnbuckle off the corner when the referee was checking on Riddle. Zayn distracted the referee while Owens slammed Jimmy’s head into the exposed corner. Riddle gave Jimmy the Floating Bro off the top rope and pinned him.

Backstage, Jey Uso asked Paul Heyman why Solo was not ringside with him tonight. Heyman said Solo is concentrating on his assignment from Reigns to take out Rollins.
Eric Bischoff and Rob Van Dam came out to announce the next round of the draft. Eric Bischoff announced RAW drafted Trish Stratus. Rob Van Dam announced SmackDown drafted Karrion Kross. RAW drafted Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler. SmackDown drafted LA Knight.
Miz TV: Shinsuke Nakamura
The Miz told Nakamura they should form a partnership. Nakamura told him in Japanese that he has tiny balls and gave him the Kinshasa.
Omos (w/ MVP) vs Anthony Alanis
Omos gave Alanis the double hand chokeslam and pinned him

Road Dogg and Molly Holly came out to present the next round of the draft. Molly announced RAW drafted Braun Strowman & Ricochet. Road Dogg announced SmackDown drafted Shotzi. RAW drafted Bronson Reed. SmackDown drafted Pretty Deadly.
In the ring, Rhea Ripley said she will defeat Zelina Vega. Damian Priest said he will defeat Bad Bunny. Dominik Mysterio got booed on every word he attempted to say. Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar, and Zelina Vega came out. Rey told Dominik that the LWO is not running. They were drafted to SmackDown and they will be on opposite brands. Rey said he is looking forward to Bad Bunny beating Damian Priest and Zelina Vega beating Rhea Ripley, but tonight the LWO and Judgment Day will go at it one more time tonight.
LWO (Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar, & Zelina Vega) vs Judgment Day (Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, & Rhea Ripley) (w/ Finn Balor)
Escobar and Vega were fighting Dominik and Ripley on the outside which left Priest and Rey alone in the ring. Rey went for the 619 on Priest, but Balor jumped on the ring apron and got in front of Pries so he could take the move. Priest gave Rey the South of Heaven and pinned him

Backstage, Cody Rhodes said Brock Lesnar has been in his head ever since the night after WrestleMania. He has to defeat Lesnar at Backlash otherwise the idea of finishing the story will come to an end and he would have to go to the back of the line and he will not happen.
Backstage, Bianca Belair said she will defeat IYO SKY at Backlash. Damage CTRL. Bayley said IYO will win. Belair said she was impressed with IYO until she got influenced by Bayley and Kai who have held her back.
JBL and Teddy Long came out to announce the next round of the draft. JBL announced that RAW drafted Chad Gable and Otis. Long announced SmackDown drafted Rick Boogs. RAW drafted Katana Chance and Kayden Carter. SmackDown drafted Cameron Grimes.
Solo Sikoa (w/ Paul Heyman) vs Seth Rollins
Rollins gave Solo a Superkick. The Usos hit the ring and the bell rang. Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and Seth Rollins hit the ring as the show went off the air.
