Tiffany Stratton vs. Lash Legend vs. Blair Davenport vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Fallon Henley in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge where the winner would become the #1 contender for the NXT Women’s Title was booked at this year’s WWE NXT Deadline premium live event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
Blair and Fallon started things off. Stratton entered the match at #3. The heels teamed up to double team Fallon. Stratton turned on Blair. Belair got the first fall on Fallon after Stratton laid out Fallon. Kelani was out at #4. Fallon pinned Kelani with her finisher. Lash Legend was next in and they did a tower of doom spot and got a point. Legend did a double pin on Stratton and Jordan in just 70 seconds. Legend was leading at this point with 2 points. Meta Four blocked the door to the pod from opening with Fallon and Stratton trapped. Fallon was pushed off and went through the announce table. Stratton with a senton off the pod onto everyone else. Blair pinned Kelani with her finisher to tie things up with Lash. stratton got a point after hitting her moonsault finisher. Belair took the lead with 15 seconds to go when pinning Fallon.
Winner: Blair Davenport
