Trick Williams vs. Carmelo Hayes was booked at this year’s WWE NXT Stand & Deliver premium live event from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
They started brawling to begin the bout. After selling for a few minutes, Trick made a comeback and hit a series of moves including a flapjack. They brawled around ringside before getting back in the ring where Hayes covered him for 2. Trick accidentally took out the referee with a splash in the corner when Hayes moved. Hayes grabbed a chair, but Trick grabbed it instead and hit him with it. Hayes with a low blow for 2. Hayes with the leg drop off the top rope for 2. Trick with his knee strike finisher for the win.
Winner: Trick Williams
