WWE NXT star slated to undergo surgery again

WWE NXT Superstar Karen Q shared some unfortunate news on Tuesday.

She took to Twitter where she announced that she will have surgery again on Wednesday morning.

This comes after she underwent surgery last summer after suffering a broken leg at an NXT live event in late July in Atlanta, GA at the Center Stage Theatre. At this show, Karen teamed up with Bianca Belair against Rhea Ripley and Reina Gonzalez.

Although she returned in December at a live event for an in-ring promo, she is slated to be on the sidelines again when she goes in for surgery for the same injury.

She wrote, “Today will be 27 weeks post surgery. Tomorrow, I’ll be going under the knife again. Some may see this as a setback, but I see it as an opportunity to heal properly, mentally and physically, so that I will be unstoppable in the ring. I’m a bit scared, but Mochi’s got my back. As of this writing, there’s no word yet on when she will be back in action.
