This week’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw saw an expected increase in viewership from last Monday’s episode.
According to Showbuzz Daily, the episode drew an average of 1.854 million viewers on the USA Network. This is up from the 1.819 million viewers a week ago.
The reason why Raw was expected to get an increase in viewership is due to WWE getting closer to the Royal Rumble, but more importantly, they didn’t face any competition with the NFL or college football on ESPN.
The 18-49 demos saw hour one had 0.64 then 0.61 in hour two, and 0.56 in hour three. Here is the hourly viewership breakdown:
Hour 1 (8 pm): 1.991 million – last week: 2.024
Hour 2 (9 pm): 1.875 million – last week: 1.802
Hour 3 (10 pm): 1.697 million – last week: 1.632
The episode featured Alexa Bliss vs. Asuka in a non-title match and Randy Orton addressing Alexa Bliss’ fireball attack among other matches and segments.
