WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event Preview: Three Title Matches, Lynch Vs. Ruca

WWE has finalized the card for tonight’s Saturday Night’s Main Event at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with three title matches and two featured matches anchoring the broadcast.

The show airs at 8 PM ET on Peacock. The match card includes the World Tag Team Championship, the Women’s Tag Team Championship, the Intercontinental Championship, and two featured singles and tag bouts.

Ethan Page challenges Penta for the Intercontinental Championship in Page’s first title match on the WWE main roster. Page sat down with Michael Cole on Raw earlier this week for a featured interview ahead of the title shot. Penta has been on a sustained run since winning the title from Dominik Mysterio in March.

The Women’s Tag Team Championship match is Scream Mode (Paige and Brie Bella) defending against Lash Legend and Nia Jax of the Irresistible Forces. The Paige and Brie Bella partnership formed at WrestleMania 42 after Paige substituted for the injured Nikki Bella.

The Becky Lynch vs Sol Ruca singles match has been the subject of late booking changes. WWE initially listed it as non-title, then changed it to title, then reverted to non-title The full announced match card:

  • The Street Profits vs The Vision (Logan Paul and Austin Theory, c) for the World Tag Team Championship
  • Ethan Page vs Penta (c) for the Intercontinental Championship
  • The Irresistible Forces (Lash Legend and Nia Jax) vs Scream Mode (Paige and Brie Bella, c) for the Women’s Tag Team Championship
  • Becky Lynch vs Sol Ruca (non-title)
  • Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss vs Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-FAB
