WWE SmackDown Preview: Sami Zayn To Appear, Six-Woman Tag Team Match

WWE SmackDown airs tonight on the USA Network at 8 p.m. ET, with the fallout from Night of Champions set to headline the show.

This week’s episode was taped earlier in the week from the Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Several matches and segments have already been confirmed, led by an appearance from WWE’s newest champion.

Sami Zayn returns to SmackDown for the first time as the Undisputed WWE Champion, having stunned the wrestling world at Night of Champions by pinning Cody Rhodes in a triple threat match that also featured Gunther. His victory lap figures to be one of the night’s biggest moments.

Elsewhere on the card, the women’s division takes center stage in a six-woman tag team match, while an AAA Cruiserweight Championship defense and a singles bout round out the announced lineup.

Here is the confirmed lineup for tonight’s WWE SmackDown:

– Sami Zayn returns to SmackDown as the new Undisputed WWE Champion
– Charlotte Flair, Tiffany Stratton, and Chelsea Green vs. Jade Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin
– Rey Fenix defends the AAA Cruiserweight Title against El Hijo del Vikingo
– Brie Bella vs. Lainey Reid
