WWE star apologizes to fan for recent SmackDown segment

WWE officials decided to book an interesting segment on this past Friday’s episode of SmackDown that didn’t go over well with fans.

WWE held a Karaoke segment during the show, which was taped in advance from Orlando, Florida at the WWE Performance Center. The segment saw Lacey Evans, Dana Brooke, Tamina, and Naomi sing covers of WWE theme songs.

Fans were quick to take to social media to express their feelings about the segment and WWE got roasted as a result.

Naomi responded to fans in the comments section under a post on her Instagram account. People took to Twitter to share screenshots of her comments.

A fan wrote, “I would rather see all of you wrestle”. This led to Naomi responding with, “Yeah, me too. But a lot of times, we have to make chicken salad out of chicken [poop emoji]. I’m so sorry.”

Naomi also responded to another fan who wrote, “Love you embracing the movement but you’re so much better than this diva stuff. I get tv time is tv time but like you’re amazing they really need to just let you work”

Naomi wrote back, “trust me we are fighting for better”
