WWE Star Calls Rumor About Him “The Weakest” Story He’s Heard

Amid a recent surge in popularity, Karrion Kross has found himself at the center of online rumors, which he is now laughing off. A recent rumor suggested that Kross refuses to take “flat back bumps,” offering a potential reason for a perceived lack of a major push.

In an interview with The National to promote WWE Night of Champions, Kross addressed the speculation head-on, dismissing it as the “weakest” story he’s heard about himself recently.

“I thought out of all the crazy articles that are fabricated about me every week, that was the weakest,” Kross said while laughing. “There was another wild one I saw last week that was even funnier.”

He then shared another rumor he found amusing. “It said something like, ‘Karrion Kross is going to come to Monday Night Raw and he’s going to quit and do a shoot promo live, and then walk out.’ I thought that was a good one. But I don’t really respond to any of them. There’s a crazy one about me every week or two. You just kind of have to laugh.”

Recent backstage reports have corroborated Kross’s statement, with WWE producers confirming that his willingness to take bumps has never been an issue. Kross is scheduled to face Sami Zayn at Night of Champions this Saturday, his first premium live event match since WrestleMania 40.
