The WWE Raw Women’s Championship match between Becky Lynch and Natalya kicked off this year’s SummerSlam pay-per-view. Michael Cole brought up that Natalya’s father passed away almost a year ago. This was a submission match.
Natalya got in most of the offense for the first several minutes of the match but the momentum changes when Lynch rammed Nattie into the announcer’s table at ringside.
The finish was Lynch forcing Natalya to submit to the armbar submission. Both women tried each others moves earlier in the match.
