WWE SummerSlam will be longer than two episodes of Raw

If you are not a fan of long wrestling shows then you might not want to hear about the runtime for this year’s WWE SummerSlam. The main card is scheduled to start at 7 pm eastern and will run at least 4 hours but cable companies have been told that the show could run until midnight. If you add the Kickoff show then you might be sitting in front of a screen for 7 hours on August 19.

Brock Lesnar (Champion) vs. Roman Reigns

WWE Championship
AJ Styles (Champion) vs. Samoa Joe

Raw Women’s Championship
Alexa Bliss (Champion) vs. Ronda Rousey

Smackdown Women’s Championship – Triple Threat Match
Carmella (Champion) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair

Intercontinental Championship
Dolph Ziggler (Champion) vs. Seth Rollins

United States Championship
Shinsuke Nakamura (Champion) vs. Jeff Hardy

Smackdown Tag Team Championship
The Bludgeon Brothers (Champions) vs. TBD

If Strowman loses, Owens gets the MITB case
Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens

WWE Cruiserweight Championship
Cedric Alexander (Champion) vs. Drew Gulak

Owens will get the MITB case if he wins
Braun Strowman vs. Kevin Owens

Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz is not official but will be added soon

Other matches that could be added to the card:

– The B-Team vs. The Revival vs. Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt in a Triple Threat Match for the Raw Tag Team Championship
– Rusev vs. Andrade Cien Almas
– Baron Corbin vs. Finn Balor

At this point, it seems like they are holding back on Bayley vs. Sasha Banks, perhaps, until the Evolution pay-per-view in October.
