WWE’s plans for SummerSlam could be changing in the next few days

WWE may have SummerSlam plans in place but those plans could be subject to change this week so everything on Extreme Rules on Sunday might not necessarily play into WWE’s biggest show of the summer.

The @WrestleVotes insider news account noted that Vince McMahon is allowing Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman to make changes to the current plans for SummerSlam.

We don’t know what the SummerSlam card will look like but, as noted over the weekend, The Undertaker is advertised for the show. I won’t spoil anything here but click here if you want to know who he is advertised to wrestle on that show.

Also, a name that fans have not seen in a while is also advertised for SummerSlam. This person is also advertised to return to Raw soon. This is a spoiler but you can click here if you want to read more.

I would assume that the top matches for SummerSlam will be made clear after Extreme Rules on Sunday night.

SummerSlam will take place on Sunday, August 11 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario. With less than a month to hype the show, they will need to have a solid direction for SummerSlam within the next few days.
