Dean Ambrose challenged The Miz for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at the WWE Great Balls Of Fire pay-per-view. It was the typical match you’d expect from these two. Ambrose had to deal with constant interference from the Miztourage. Ambrose was the second wrestler to get busted open tonight. Hardy was the first during the Raw Tag Team Championship match and Ambrose was bleeding from his mouth.
Miz retained thanks to interference from Curtis Axel that allowed Miz to hit the Skull Crushing Finale.
