Neville successfully defended the WWE Cruiserweight Championship on this week’s episode of 205 Live. After the match, he cut a promo and was interrupted by Enzo Amore. Amore declared that 205 Live has just become the realest show in the room. Clearly, this means that Amore will be next in line to challenge for Neville’s title.
WWE management has been talking about moving Amore away from Raw for the last few weeks because of the amount of heat he has in the locker room. Some guys in his situation would have been let go by now but Amore is a merchandise seller and he is able to get the fans behind him, despite the fact that he loses most of his matches.
For his career, this was the best thing that could have happened to him because as part of 205 Live he won’t be destroyed every week and Big Cass’ injury meant that there was not much left for him to do.
