Johnny Gargano has done a lot since arriving in NXT. He became a NXT Tag Team Champion alongside Tommaso Ciampa as part of #DIY and now he’s on his own to proved himself. Even though he wasn’t victorious against Andrade Cien Almas at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III he still had an amazing match to show for it.
Johnny Wrestling recently tweeted out a bucket list he started upon joining NXT two years ago. It looks like he’s got plenty of the bullet points checked off except for one glaring omission. Johnny wanted to get on a TakeOver special, become NXT Tag Team Champion, main event a TakeOver, get an action figure, and appear in a video game. He did all of those things and he’s not slowing down one bit.
However, he has yet to become NXT Champion. Who knows how long it will be before he gets a shot but he’ll probably have plenty of competition looking to challenge him for that spot at the top.
I made a bucket list when I first started with @WWENXT 2 years ago. I've checked a few things off this past year.

As time marches on, hopefully Johnny Gargano can get a chance to tangle at the top. But if his name is called to WWE’s main roster before his day comes to get a shot at NXT’s biggest singles title then it wouldn’t be all bad news. After all, Johnny could always just write another bucket list when he jumped up to Raw or SmackDown Live.
