Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson caught wind of the offer made by former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch to a dream match.
This fun idea all started when the “The Man” took some questions from fans on her official Twitter account where one person asked if they would ever see her share the squared circle with “The Great One.” This led to her responding with, “The People’s Champ v The Man of the People.”
Rock saw this and decided to tease the match by seemingly entertaining it although the chances of it happening are slim. He responded by writing, “Let’s break @wwe records. One night. One match. Winner take all. (but I’ll only put you over clean via a very awkward, slightly botched sunset flip, or a regular suplex pronounced “vertical soo-flay”. Kick ass tonight and as always, have fun. #royalrumble.”
Lynch is looking to make some history as she ended up reacting to that tweet by writing, “You’re on. Let’s make some history. #TheManSmellsWhatsCookin.”
