Ian Riccaboni has signed a multi-year deal to stay with Ring Of Honor, according to PWTorch.
Riccaboni signed with ROH last April but he had an opt-out clause that would have allowed him to negotiate with other companies next month. ROH was said to have made an aggressive offer but Riccaboni’s preference was to stay with the company.
What is interesting is that both AEW and WWE were interested in signing him had he become a free agent. There’s no word on who would have been replaced in WWE if they had signed Riccaboni.
Riccaboni has been with ROH since Kevin Kelly left in 2017.
Riccaboni took to Twitter to tweet about his new deal.
I guess this means I'm #goingtothegarden? 👀🤔
