EVOLVE owner Gabe Sapolsky and David Starr had quite the war of words on Twitter earlier today. It looks like things have calmed down and apparently, the Twitter fight has ended…at least for now.
Starr, who has been outspoken about wanting wrestlers to unionize for better pay and benefits, has been taking aim at Evolve owner Gabe Sapolsky for allegedly not paying some wrestlers and paying very little to other wrestlers. EVOLVE has a working relationship with WWE.
Sapolsky deleted his series of Tweets and he just tweeted the following:
“I apologize for my unprofessional rant. I pride myself on staying above it. I am ashamed of it.
I also assure you that everyone on EVOLVE shows will be paid.
Thank you for your support over the years. I look forward to getting back to what I love and working shows.”
