AEW Full Gear Results: Jon Moxley Keeps World Title, PPV Ends In Chaos

AEW World Heavyweight Champion Jon Moxley vs. Orange Cassidy took place at the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event from the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ.

Orange hit him with his finisher twice before they went to the floor and Orange rained down strikes on the announce table. They brawled into the crowd and then back to ringside where Moxley stomped Orange’s head into the steps.  The beatdown began including Orange going head first into the steps. Orange with a jumping DDT. Moxley caught him with a cutter out of nowhere. Orange made a comeback with the kicks and strikes. Orange with the orange punch and a powerslma for 2. The Blackpool Combate Club brawled with rocky Romero and other babyfaces. Willow Nightingale took out Mariana. Orange hit Moxley with a briefcase while the referee wasn’t looking and got  anear fall. Wheeler Yuta took out Orange with a knee strike and Moxley hit his finisher for the win.

Winner: Moxley.

Post-match, Moxley put cleaner down the mouth of Cassidy. Hangman Page came out with a chair and hit Yuta with it. Christian Cage came out to lay out Moxley before Hangman Page gave him the contract for a World Title shot. Jay White stopped Cage from cashing in. BCC took out White. Darby Allin crashed his car into Moxley’s as they were trying to leave and that’s how the show ended.
