AEW holds the first AEW Redemption pay-per-view tonight from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and the show is running on an earlier clock than usual. The Buy-In pre-show begins at 6 p.m. ET / 3 p.m. PT, with the main card following at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT.
It is the company’s first pay-per-view in Montreal and the last major event on the calendar before All In London at Wembley Stadium.
Kenny Omega defends the AEW Men’s World Championship against TNT Champion Kevin Knight in the main event. Omega won the title from MJF at AEW Beach Break, and Knight interrupted the celebration on AEW Dynamite to collect the world title shot MJF owed him. Omega granted the match. Omega had no obligation to settle MJF’s debts and agreed to the match anyway. A meeting with 2026 Men’s Owen Hart Cup winner Will Ospreay at All In is expected to follow for whoever leaves Montreal with the title.
The AEW Women’s World Championship is also on the line, with Thekla defending against Willow Nightingale. Nightingale returned from a shoulder injury and won the Women’s Casino Gauntlet to earn the shot. The winner is in line to face 2026 Women’s Owen Hart Cup winner Mercedes Moné at All In.
Four more titles are defended on the main card. Christian Cage and Adam Copeland put the AEW Men’s World Tag Team Championship up against Claudio Castagnoli and PAC, Kyle Fletcher defends the AEW International Championship against ROH Men’s World Champion Bandido, Hikaru Shida defends the TBS Championship against Maya World, and Mark Davis defends the AEW National Championship against Andrade El Idolo.
Ospreay teams with AEW Continental Champion Jon Moxley against The Young Bucks in a tag match that could position Matt and Nick Jackson for a shot at the tag team titles. Chris Jericho is bringing back his “Painmaker” persona for a No Holds Barred Match with Tommaso Ciampa, and The Bang Bang Gang meet The Dogs in a Double Chain Match.
A six-way ladder match will determine the next No. 1 contender for the AEW International Championship, with Jack Perry, The Beast Mortos, Komander, “Speedball” Mike Bailey, Nick Wayne and El Clon involved.
The Buy-In carries a title match of its own, as The Conglomeration defend the AEW World Trios Championship, plus an 80-year celebration of the Rougeau wrestling dynasty in front of the Montreal crowd.
