Tag Team Champions Cage & Cope vs. Claudio Castagnoli & PAC took place at the AEW Redemption pay-per-view event from the Bell Centre in Montreal, QC.
Claudio and PAC attacked Cope before the match even started. Cage ran down to make the save and he was jumped. Cage fights back and hits an outside dive before hitting a headbutt off the top rope for 2. They went back and forth until Cope got the hot tag and hit a powerbomb to PAC in the corner then the DDT and a DDT to Claudio on PAC for 2. PAC rolled up Cope for 2, but used the ropes and he was caught. PAC and Claudio with a double neutralizer for 2 on Cope. Cope went over with a spear to PAC.
Winners: Cage & Cope
Post-match, The Young Bucks came out and congratulated them. A graphic was shown that Cope and Cage will defend the titles against The Bucks at All In.
