TKO Executives Attended AEW Dynamite In Las Vegas

Executives from TKO Group Holdings were in the building for AEW Dynamite last week, according to Bryan Alvarez.

Alvarez said on X that representatives from the WWE parent company attended the show.

“There were TKO reps at Dynamite last week.”

He added that he did not believe they were there at AEW’s invitation.

“I think just checking it out, they weren’t comped obviously.”

The show they attended was the August 12th show that took place at The Pearl Theater at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. AEW ran both Dynamite and Collision from the venue that night.

The card featured Kevin Knight defending the TNT Championship against Chris Jericho, Jon Moxley against Jack Perry and Jay White against David Finlay in Continental Challenge Cup first round matches, and MJF beating Nick Wayne and Mike Bailey in a three-way for the number two spot in the Casino Gauntlet at All In: London.

Alvarez did not name which executives were in attendance.

There’s a simple reason for why TKO personnel would be in Las Vegas on a Wednesday in August. TKO is the parent company of both WWE and UFC, and UFC is headquartered in Las Vegas. The company maintains a permanent footprint in the city, which means a number of its executives live and work there year round. WWE president Nick Khan is also a Las Vegas native.

AEW next runs Dynamite from Glasgow, Scotland at the OVO Hydro on August 26, followed by Collision from the same venue on August 29, before All In: London at Wembley Stadium on August 30.
